If there’s been one thing I’ve been looking forward to since the moment I said “yes,” it was cake tasting.

Congratulations to all Giants fans out there for another win over the Patriots. I enjoyed the Super Bowl and its corresponding commercials, but all night, I had something much more important on my mind -- food.

So, I know that the big day this weekend is Sunday. But, did you know that there are other days to fill? I know; I was pretty surprised too.

Do you remember the movie "Serendipity"? Whenever I think of groom's gifts, I think of that movie -- specifically, the scene where Hallie gives Jonathan a copy of "Love in the Time of Cholera" because he's always looking for it in used bookstores. He opens it up, and there's Sarah's phone number.

Just in case you haven't heard, the Super Bowl is this Sunday. (Surprising, right?) And even though Maryland won't be represented, it's still a pretty good excuse to throw a great party.

Have you ever packed yourself a lunch, and then counted down the hours until you were able to eat it because you were so excited about it? That's how I feel today.
