Ownership, chef change at Bay Hundred Restaurant

I'll follow up with him then to hear what he has planned for the menu or if the space is undergoing any renovations. Hopefully we'll also know by then if May 21 is still the proposed re-open. In my experiences, these things tend to get delayed at least once.

Since Alvarez's departure, 202 Dover has renamed its restaurant space The Peacock Restaurant & Lounge. I reported in our "What's the Buzz?" column a few months ago that Mark Knipp has come on as executive chef at Peacock. Knipp was previously chef de partie at James Beard Award-winning, foodie-landmark establishment The Inn at Little Washington in Washington, Virginia.
