Taco Seasoning

1 heaping Tbsp cumin

1 Tbsp garlic powder

1 Tbsp paprika

1 Tbsp corn starch

1/2 Tbsp onion powder

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp chili powder (more if you're feeling spicy)

1 tsp salt

 

Mix in a small bowl, then dump into saute pan with browned ground meat. Add 1/2 cup water, and viola, you've got taco filling in about 3 minutes (the corn starch thickens the mix). Works like a charm.
