Capriotti's opens an outpost on Kent Island

According to the news release we received earlier this week, Capriotti's opened on July 26. In addition to The Bobbie, the shop offers a Capastrami, its own twist on a traditional pastrami sandwich made with hot pastrami, melted Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, and coleslaw. By the way, vegetarians can enjoy the Bobbie, too, by asking for a Vegetarian Turkey Sub, which is the same thing but with soy meatless "turkey."

The new Capriotti’s is located at Red Apple Village, 500 Abruzzi Dr., Suite A, Chester, Md. (Kent Island), 21619. The restaurant will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday. To reach the Kent Island Capriotti’s, call (410) 643-9993.
