Frank Campbell, an attorney recognized by his peers as a 2010 Leading Lawyer for Estate Planning, devotes his entire practice to making sure that the estates of his clients are designed to achieve the unique and specific needs of their families.
Frank is one half of the Estate Planning law firm HoldenCampbell (Ronald R. Holden and Frank R. Campbell). HoldenCampbell assists families to resolve all of the complications that commonly occur following the incapacity or death of a loved one. These complications may include: dissension among heirs, mismanagement or misuse of resources, unnecessary legal costs, estate taxes, and delays. With proper planning, all of these complications can be avoided or significantly reduced.
A core belief of HoldenCampbell is that good estate planning begins with listening to the goals of clients and educating them as to the various techniques available to achieve such goals. For this reason, the attorneys of HoldenCampbell do not employ a one size fits all method to estate planning. They are able to use the full spectrum of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other planning structures to develop a plan that matches a client’s objectives.
HoldenCampbell regularly develops estate plans for large estates that include planning for multiple generations. Often the goals of these plans are to eliminate estate taxes and to protect the inheritance of descendants from waste or mismanagement. However, estate planning is important to families with small estates as well. A plan for a young family should include designating guardians for minor children, developing a trust to manage assets for children, and designating the trust as beneficiary of life insurance and retirement accounts. HoldenCampbell is able to create an effective estate plan for young families without unnecessary complexity or expense.
Upon completion of your plan, you will be comfortable with exactly how each and every one of your assets will be distributed so that your mind is at ease that your family is provided for without unnecessary complication.
Estate planning as it ought to be.
