Rams Head Celebrates St. Patty's Day

“Where else can you get 50 cent Guinness on St. Patrick’s Day?” says Rams Head Tavern Savage General Manager, Mark Colberg.
Rams Head restaurants are serving a special St. Patrick’s day themed menu along with the regular menu to make it a true St. Patrick’s Day event. The Rams Head restaurants chefs came up with unique dishes, making this celebration simple, tasty and affordable.

All Rams Head restaurant locations will start the St. Patrick’s Celebration with $.50 Guinness draft beers from 2pm-3pm, reduced drink specials, green beer, St. Patrick’s Day decorations and giveaways, featuring live music.

Rams Head Tavern Annapolis and Rams Head Roadhouse will both feature a tent party opening at 2pm with music and beer.

  • Corned Beef with Cabbage :Traditional corned beef brisket seasoned with pickling spices, slowly boiled with diced carrots, onions, and potatoes then simmered with fresh cabbage, thyme, and parsley. Thinly sliced and served to order with a warm dinner roll and a side of whole grain mustard. $12.95
  • Seared Salmon with Raisin and Caper Butter: A pan seared Atlantic Salmon filet topped with a compound butter prepared with traditional and contemporary Irish ingredients including raisins and capers. Served with a side of Champ potatoes, a warm dinner roll, and an entree salad with your choice of dressing. $17.95
  • Braised Lamb Chops with Root Vegetables: Two double bone-in lamb loin chops slow roasted and braised with fresh herbs and vegetables then carved to order and served with a side of Champ potatoes and sauteed carrots, turnips, and parsnips. Accompanied by a warm dinner roll and an entree salad with your choice of dressing. $19.95

  • Leprechaun’s Pie: Diced lamb simmered in a hearty broth with peas, carrot, onions and celery then topped with garlic mashed potatoes and baked golden brown served with warm bread and butter $15.95
  • Mulligatawny Chicken,   A half chicken roasted to perfection topped with a luscious curry cream sauce served over wild rice with a side of vegetables $14.95
  • Irishman on the Bay: Beer battered rockfish fillets served with crisp fries and Jamison Irish tartar sauce $11.95

  • Stew of Beef: Hearty chunks of steak stewed slow and low with vegetables and potatoes in an herbed Guinness strong broth until thick and delicious. Served with a scoop colcannon potatoes on top $9.95
  • The Rueben’s: Thin sliced corned beef on toasted rye bread with 1000 island dressing, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut or try it with turkey, muenster and coleslaw  $10.95
  • Celtic Dip: A twist and a turn back in our past for this once house favorite of corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and pickle dressing folded into cream cheese and baked hot. Served with toasted rye bread points $8.95
  • Tír-na-nÓg  Bread Pudding :Irish brown bread, brioche and banquette all cubed and mixed with white chocolate chunks and  Granny Smith apples tossed with cinnamon and brown sugar, all baked in rich Bailey’s cream custard and glazed with Irish Toffee  $7.95

  • Corn Beef and Cabbage:Served with traditional mashed potatoes. Tender corn beef brisket cooked all day long and hand cut, served with sautéed cabbage and traditional mashed potatoes. $12.95
  • Champ Salmon: Whiskey marinated salmon simply seasoned with salt and pepper,baked to perfection and served over Irish champ potato sauce, accompanied by fresh steamed vegetable and fluffy white rice. $16.95
  • Bangers and Mashed: Traditional Irish bangers (sausage) served over traditional mashed potatoes, and smothered in whiskey gravy accompanied by fresh steamed vegetable of the day. $12.95
