Dance For Japan Fundraiser

On Thursday, April 14, 2011 Chesapeake Arts Center (CAC) will host “Dance for Japan” with Adrienne Canterna and other international dance stars at the Hammonds Lane Theatre. The performance begins at 7:30pm and will be a free-will offering of cash, not food, for admission. All proceeds will be sent to the American Red Cross, specifically for their Japanese Relief Efforts.

Local dance star, Adrienne Canterna has recruited other international dance stars to put on this performance which will star Rasta Thomas, Ashley Canterna, Chase Madigan, Adrienne Canterna, and ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ star Jakob Karr. Also performing are award winning students from Edna Lee Dance Studio & Spotlight Studio of Dance. The show will also feature dancers from the international hit show “Rasta Thomas’ TAP STARS”. In lieu of tickets, suggested donations will be accepted at the door.
ALL PROCEEDS OF THE PERFORMANCE WILL BENEFIT THE AMERICAN RED CROSS JAPANESE RELIEF FUND.
