The Scottish Tartan Day Concert will feature performances by the Blue Ridge Brass with Montreat Scottish Pipes & Drums and well-known Scottish balladeer Ed Miller. The former have received accolades for blending the sound of ancient bagpipes with brass instrumentation.

A native of Edinburgh, Ed Miller first came to the USA for “a year or so” to do graduate work at the University of Texas. Now, over 30 years later, he is still based in Austin and travels throughout North America entertaining and educating audiences with his wonderful songs and droll stories.

Tickets for the 8 p.m. concert are $25 and can be purchased online at Marylandhall.org or via box office at 410-280-5640.
