DETAILS: Fifty-eight artists will compete in the 7th Annual Plein-Air! Easton competition. This week-long event produces some of the best representational art in America today, created by the nation’s top plein air painters. Artists, collectors, and art enthusiasts alike come together for the hottest art sale of the year. The juried exhibition and competition is a project of the Avalon Foundation and culminates with an awards presentation and multi-day exhibition and sale at the Academy Art Museum, a museum accredited by the American Association of Museums. The competition is part of an arts festival which will include other fine art exhibits, workshops, lectures, theatre and music.
