Sunday: Italian-Marinated Chicken, Stuffed Zucchini
I've said it before, I'll say it again: Subscribe to the food newsletter! In the issue that comes out today, you'll receive the recipe I created for the stuffed zucchini, which was delicious and healthy.

Monday: Indonesian-Style Shrimp Fried Rice, Salad
Earlier this month, Veronica (The publisher of What's Up? Media) brought me a copy of Cook's Illustrated to browse through. Because my subscription has lapsed, it was a treat! In it, I found a recipe for Indonesian-style Fried Rice that I copied down for future use. I have leftover rice from the stuffed zucchini from last night, so tonight's the night! (OK, if I'm being honest, I purposely made extra rice so I could have fried rice tonight. What can I say? It's delicious.)

Tuesday: Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce, sauteed zucchini, orzo

Wednesday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, roasted broccoli
My husband and I now belong to a bowling league -- I'm not sure if I've mentioned that before. I'm proud to say I bowled in the triple-digits in all three games last week -- no matter that I still have the lowest average on the league. Anyway, the point is that I need easy meals on Wednesday, so one of my faves, spaghetti with meat sauce, works perfectly.

Thursday: Chili, corn casserole
Cornbread is the typical fixin' with chili, but I've never been much of a fan. I prefer the creaminess of corn casserole instead.

Friday: Take-out!
Everyone needs a break.

Saturday: Shrimp Bruschetta, Crab cakes, Panzanella Salad, Roasted Red Potatoes, Raspberry Spoonbread
My aunt, uncle, cousin, and cousin's husband are visiting Washington, D.C., this week on vacation, so they're coming over for dinner Saturday night. If you read my blog regularly, you know I love a good dinner party, and when someone is visiting Maryland, you have to feed them crab, right? So I've been planning this for a while -- the only thing I'm not set on is the Raspberry Spoonbread. It sounds delicious, but I've often not had luck with recipes from that particular website.
