Community Action Agency Hosting Ribbon Cutting at Annapolis Garden Head Start Center

ANNAPOLIS, MD: The Anne Arundel County Community Action Agency is hosting a ribbon cutting and open house at the Annapolis Garden Head Start Center, which is located at 213 Croll Drive in Annapolis. The ceremony is taking place on Tuesday, September 27th, beginning at 10 a.m. and attendees will be able to tour the facility until noon.

The Annapolis Garden Head Start Center received funding from Head Start Region Three for a program improvement effort at the school, which will provide additional quality for the fifty-two children served by Head Start at this location. The City of Annapolis also contributed in-kind donations to further leverage the funding received by Community Action for the Annapolis Garden site.

The Anne Arundel County Community Action Agency serves 403 children and their families through the Head Start program. There are six Head Start locations throughout Annapolis and Anne Arundel County.
