Favorite Looks from the 2012 Bridal Runway

I wore an Alfred Angelo dress on my wedding day (Style 830, and for sale if anyone is interested!) and I have to say that the quality and price-point were excellent. Here's another one from the 2012 line that I adore:
Ruffles are still a big trend on wedding dresses, perhaps even more popular than they have been in the past year. Flowers are starting to decline in popularity, but I love how they're used on the back of this Atelier Aimee dress:
One-shoulder looks are popping up more and more, and I have to say that I really like it, particularly on the Casablanca dress below.
Another Casablanca gown shows that Kate Middleton's influence is alive and well in the weddings industry, as nearly all designers have a gown with long, lace sleeves available. I've yet to see this style on an actual bride though.
I'm not the type to go short, but I think this dress from Fancy is adorable. Plus, it incorporates three popular trends: Illusion necklines, colored sashes, and tiers of ruffles.
Oh, and pockets. People go CRAZY when they find out a wedding dress has pockets. Mine did! It was helpful because I kept some chapstick, a tissue, and my garter when it started to itch the skin on my leg in there. The dress below from Jim Hjelm, always one of my favorite wedding dress designers, features a delightful V-neck and a full skirt with pockets.
The final look from Robert Bullock Bride gives off a regal air and has that gorgeous full skirt that I adore.
