The business world and tax laws are constantly changing, and Shore Accountants is there to guide businesses, their owners, and their Board of Directors through the many hurdles, obstacles, and opportunities that arise. Shore Accountants is there to offer affordable solutions such as full charge accounting, loan packaging, business plans, budgeting and projections, grant reporting, as well as tax planning and preparation for every type of venture. Assistance with forming new businesses is also available, including articles of formation, operating agreements and all Federal and State legal filings. Shore Accountants can also conduct discreet internal audits to detect fraud, embezzlement, and inventory shortages which can cause permanent financial damage.

Shore Accountants is the area’s leading Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, providing stand alone and network installations, training, payroll setup, inventory management, and database cleanup. The company also offers remote assistance through secured internet connections, and is available any time day or night to assist clients. Q: When should a business or individual consult with their tax professional?

A: Tax planning should be visited yearround. Changes in your personal life such as marriage, divorce, children, and employment can have a significant impact on your tax situation. Business entities should consult their tax professional anytime there are changes in ownership, major capital purchases, significant changes in revenues and or expenses, or a change in business structure. It’s almost always too late to implement tax strategies after year end, so call Shore Accountants today to find out what tax planning strategies can work for you in 2012.- Heather Tinelli
