Corn and Crab Quiche

1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
8 ounces lump crab meat1 cup corn kernels½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Roll the pastry out into a pie pan. In a medium bowl, combine the milk, mayonnaise, Old Bay, eggs, flour, and parsley. Mix until thoroughly combined. Fold in the crab meat, corn, and cheddar cheese. Pour mixture into the pie shell. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
