Tuna Avocado Tacos for Two

Tuna Avocado Tacos

Serves 2

4 tortillas
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound tuna steaks
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
1 lime, cut into wedges
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the grill or grill pan and oil the grates.

Place the tuna steaks and sliced red onions and let them cook to desired doneness.

Lay the tortillas flat on a plate and pile them high with slices of tuna, avocado, and red onion. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper, a squeeze of lime juice, and cilantro.
