In the yearly battle of the brews, St. Michaels’ Eastern Shore Brewing broke the three-year winning strike of Salisbury’s Evolution Brewing Co. to take home the top title. Their St. Michaels Ale eked out Old Dominion’s Double D beer with 64 percent of vote in the final round. CBM IV was decided in October by readers and beer enthusiasts, many of whom tasted each competing beer at weekly events at Staples Corner Liquor in Crofton in September.

Four Seasons Grille Open at Annapolis Mall
The Monte Restaurant Development Group has opened a third Four Seasons restaurant location at the Westfield Annapolis Mall. The restaurant joins 4 Seasons Grille in Gambrills and 4 Seasons Bistro on Kent Island in serving Mediterranean-inspired food in an upscale atmosphere. The Greene Turtle to Support Local Food Banks
Through December 9th, The Greene Turtle is offering a special seasonal menu, and a portion of the proceeds ordered from this menu will be donated to local food banks.
