Fruit, Cheese, and Nut Crostini

1 baguette, sliced
8 ounces blue cheese
3 pears, thinly sliced
½ cup walnuts, chopped
Radicchio, sliced, for garnish
Sea salt and pepper
Olive oil


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Brush each baguette slice with olive oil and arrange it on a baking sheet. Toast the baguette slices until they’re crispy and golden brown.

While the bread is browning, toast the walnuts in a small skillet over medium heat until fragrant. Remove the baguette slices from the oven. Spread one tablespoon of blue cheese on each slice, sprinkle chopped walnuts over the cheese, and then top it with pear slices. Sprinkle the crostini with sea salt and pepper, and then top it with radicchio.
