Cheddar Cheese Crisps

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Combine cheddar, flour and salt and pepper in a bowl. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop 1 tablespoon servings of cheddar mixture onto the parchment. Each cheddar scoop should be about 3 inches around. Press down slightly to flatten. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until crisp. Makes 10 bites.
