6 ounces canned white tuna, drained
3 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
10 to 15 wonton wrappers

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine tuna, yogurt, cream cheese, soy sauce and garlic. Lay your wonton wrappers on a clean, flat surface. Spoon one tablespoon of tuna onto the center of your wrapper. Take a bit of water and run it along two sides of the wonton. Fold the sides over to form a triangle and press to seal closed. Repeat with remaining wontons and tuna filling. Place wontons on baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Serve with duck sauce. Makes 10 to 15 bites.
