Scott Canuel, Wealth Director, Annapolis and Delmarva, says, “In addition to investment, fiduciary and private banking services, we offer wealth planning which helps us gain a clear and precise understanding of clients’ goals and objectives,” he explains. “PNC Wealth Management clients are advised on a wide range of complex banking, trust, financial planning and retirement cash flow issues and are offered sound and innovative solutions. Some of the goals and objectives we help clients consider are business succession, philanthropy, retirement, tax and estate administration

PNC Wealth Management accomplishes these goals by using a teambased approach. Clients are supported by five local professionals on their unique relationship team. A Relationship manager is the first point of contact and brings in additional resources based on a client’s needs. The team also includes a Banking Advisor, an Investment Advisor to create a custom portfolio, a Wealth Planner and a Trust Advisor.

The Annapolis team is comprised of highly motivated individuals with an average of more than 15 years of industry experience. Scott Canuel clearly understands the significance of this new office and the potential advantage it will provide to clients: “Having a local presence within the communities we serve is one of the hallmarks of PNC Wealth Management. The services and the expertise clients need to effectively manage their wealth are available right in Annapolis, Anne Arundel County. Additionally, clients benefit from the fact that our local teams are part of a large, Fortune 100 financial services organization with indepth resources and a national scope.”

He is also understandably proud of his team and the organization they represent. “Each of us was brought into this field for different reasons, but one common denominator that drives us all is that we take exceptional care of our clients and their families for multiple generations. We strive to ensure that our clients achieve all of their financial goals.”
