Peanut Butter Energy Bites

1 cup dry old fashioned oats
⅔ cup coconut flakes
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup chocolate chips optional
⅓ cup honey


Combine all ingredients well in a large bowl. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Once chilled, scoop mixture into large balls. Store in an air-tight container for up to a week. Makes approximately 15 bites.
