Triple Nut Green Beans

1 lb. green beans
⅓ cup hazelnuts, chopped
⅓ cup walnuts, chopped
⅓ cup almonds, chopped
4 Tbsp. butter


Combine all three nuts in a bowl. Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Let the butter brown, turning golden with some bits on the bottom. Once it has browned, add green beans. Sauté approximately 15 minutes until somewhat tender. Remove to a serving dish. Sprinkle with nut mixture. Serve hot. Serves 4.
