Restaurant-Style Guacamole

1 ripe avocado, diced
juice of 1 lime
1/2 red onion, diced finely
1 Tbsp. cilantro, diced
coarse salt to taste


Place the avocado in a bowl. Using the back end of a fork, mash until it reaches the desired consistency. Stir in the red onion and cilantro. Sprinkle lime juice and salt on top and stir more to combine. Makes 1 cup.
