Soy Honey Carrots

Regular carrots don’t make much splash on their own. Instead, coat them with a nice glaze of soy sauce and honey for a flavor punch.
4 carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. honey
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place your carrots in a glass, oven-safe dish. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and honey. Pour over top of carrots. Bake for approximately 50 minutes, pouring the glaze over every ten minutes.
