There’s no denying the Chesapeake region holds a place as one of the best areas for seafood (and hopefully it will stay that way for years to come!), but that’s certainly not all it boasts. From artisanal bread and cheeses to cured meats to wines of varying varieties, local producers are redefining the flavors of the area, adding another dimension to the longstanding seafood culture.
