Salted Caramel Pretzel Sundaes

Some people have a major sweet tooth. Others need salt in their lives. Then, there are those of us who buck the system and combine the two.


2 cups vanilla ice cream
4 Tbsp. salted caramel
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
3 to 4 thin pretzels, crushed


First, prepare your whipped cream. Add heavy cream and sugar to a stand mixer fitted with a whip attachment. Whip until soft peaks form. Next, set up your sundaes. Add 1 cup of vanilla to each bowl. Top with 1 Tbsp. salted caramel, then add a generous dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle with pretzels, then spoon on additional salted caramel

Serves 2.
