Roasted Grape and Honey Crostini

Even in the world of small bites, where things are usually savory, there is a serious need for some sweetness. This roasted grape and honey crostini is just the ticket. The roasted grapes are packed full of flavor!


10 to 12 bagel crisps
2 to 3 cups grapes, both red and green
1 Tbsp. olive oil
honey for topping


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the grapes on the pan. Top with olive oil and mix well to combine. Bake for 40 minutes until the grapes begin to burst a bit. Remove and let cool briefly. Place 2 to 3 grapes on top of each bagel crisp. Top with a swirl of honey.
