Hot Ham and Cheese Sliders

Oct 15, 2013 04:07PM ● By Cate Reynolds
Ham and cheese sandwiches are nothing revolutionary. However, if you choose the right ingredients, they can be new and exciting. Try using Citterio Rosmarino ham, a yummy, rosemary crusted ham that is big on flavor.

12 small King’s Hawaiian rolls
6 slices Citterio Rosmarino ham, sliced in half
12 slices Swiss cheese, sliced into quarters

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Using a serrated knife, slice all of the rolls in half. On the bottom of each roll, lay 4 quarters of cheese. Lay a slice of ham on top of each roll. Place the remaining roll on top. Lay all of your sliders into a glass baking dish. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes until the rolls are slightly crisp and the cheese is completely melted.
