Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts

2 lbs. brussels sprouts, halved
1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 Tbsp. honey
salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the brussels sprouts on the foil. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Place in the oven and roast for 20 minutes. Remove the pan carefully from the oven and then drizzle the honey on top of the brussels sprouts. Return to the oven and roast for another 15 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
