Buttercup Squash Wedges

1 buttercup squash, halved, seeded and cut into wedges
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Lay the squash wedges flat on a foil-lined baking sheet. In a dish, combine brown sugar and cayenne pepper. Drizzle the olive oil on top of the wedges then sprinkle the brown sugar on top of each wedge. Bake for 35 minutes until tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
