Homemade Pomegranate Juice

2 cups pomegranate seeds
Place pomegranate seeds in a blender and pulse until they are mostly blended but some seeds remain. In batches, place the mixture in a cheese cloth or over a fine mesh sieve over top of a bowl and use the back of a spoon to press down, releasing any remaining juice. Discard the seeds. Transfer the mixture to a jar or bottle. Keep refrigerated.
Makes 1 cup
