Making a quick dessert for a weeknight Valentine's celebrate is pretty simple. People will think you spent hours in the kitchen making this white chocolate mousse but really, it takes very little cook time and tastes like a million bucks.

8 ounces white chocolate
4 Tbsp. orange liqueur
2 Tbsp. water
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
2 egg whites
sliced strawberries for garnish

In a double boiler over hot water, melt chocolate with liqueur and water. Stir gently until blended. Cool until it is no longer warm to the touch. In a large bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form. Fold into chocolate mixture. In another bowl, whisk egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold into the chocolate. Divide into ramekins. Chill for an hour and top with sliced strawberries.
