Coffee Cream Martini

A classic martini served with olives can be a bit much for some people. This version is a little less serious, but just as flavorful. Don’t skip the coffee-coated rim. It really makes the drink.


2 tsp. instant coffee granules
1 tsp. sugar
1 ½ ounces vodka
1 ½ ounces caramel Bailey’s
2 ounces milk or cream


Combine coffee and sugar on a plate. Using your finger, wet the rim of your martini glass then place the glass in the coffee mixture. In a shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, Bailey’s and milk. Shake until well mixed. Pour into the glass.

Serves 1
