Smart Woman Series: Menopause And Healthy Aging

Anne Arundel Medical Center’s Smart Woman series continues to present special hot topics tailored for women. This month, Karen Hardart, MD, gynecologist/obstetrician, will discuss transitioning through menopause and thriving. Carol Heckman, RN, certified nutritional consultant from Chesapeake Holistic Health will talk will about eating the right foods and how certain foods affect how one may look and “feel inside and out.” Nordstrom Department Store will also have fashion and style tips to create a wardrobe to look your best.
