Peanut Butter Nutella Cookies with Sea Salt

Peanut butter and Nutella are the new peanut butter and chocolate. Try the new partners in cookie form, with a healthy dose of sea salt tossed in for good measure.


½ cup butter, softened
1/3 cup peanut butter
3 Tbsp. Nutella
1 ¼ cup flour
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ tsp. sea salt


Cream together butter, peanut butter and Nutella. Whisk together flour, powdered sugar and sea salt. Add it to the butter mixture slowly until a dough forms. Roll the into a log then wrap it in plastic wrap. Store in the fridge or freezer until ready to use.

To bake, slice the cookies into ¼ inch to ½ slices. Bake at 325 degrees on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 12 to 14 minutes.
