On Mother’s Day, you should really be pampering Mom and showing her you love her. Why not do that by cooking her a fantastic brunch? It doesn’t have to be anything crazy or complicated. A few simple touches here and there and some tasty foods and Mom is sure to love it. This earl grey lemonade should be the signature drink for your brunch. It’s a great spring libation, bright and fresh. And the addition of earl grey tea takes it a step above standard lemonade, making it a stand out choice for brunch.

3 lemons (approximately 1 cup of juice)
2 cups Earl Grey tea, brewed
½ cup sugar
4 cups water

Juice the lemons and pass through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp. Set the juice aside. Combine tea and sugar until fully dissolved. Pour into a pitcher. Pour lemon juice into the pitcher with the tea. Top with four cups of water. Place in the fridge until cold.
