Oreo Cream Fudge

Fudge is a serious guilty pleasure for many people. It makes me think instantly of summers at the beach, grabbing gooey pieces of fudge from the boardwalk. This Oreo cream fudge fits the bill any time of year.


12 Oreos, crushed into chunks
3 cups white chocolate, chopped
1 can sweetened condensed milk


Line an 8x8 inch baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine chocolate and condensed milk. Microwave it in 30 second increments until completely melted and mixed. Spread half the Oreos across the pan. Pour the chocolate mixture on top then sprinkle the remaining Oreos on top of the chocolate mixture. Refrigerate for several hours then cut into bite-sized pieces.

Makes approximately 12 to 14 servings
