Chai Tea Latte

A nice cup of hot tea is ideal at a tea party. But when you want to turn the volume up, serve a chai tea latte instead. It’s got a spicy kick along with a milky sweetness that is a fun change from average tea.

1 ½ cups hot brewed chai tea
1 ½ Tbsp. brown sugar
¼ cup half and half

Combine chai tea and brown sugar and stir well until sugar is fully incorporated. Pour into a tea cup. Whir half and half in a blender for 30 seconds until very frothy. Pour the half and half into the chai tea. Serve hot.
