Triple Berry Jam

Jam is perfect for the summer when you have more berries on hand than you know. This triple berry version – with blackberries, raspberries and blueberries, is perfect slathered on top of some thick toast or a waffle.

Ingredients

1 cup blackberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
2 cups sugar
¾ cup water

Directions

Combine all in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium and simmer for 90 minutes. The jam will thicken over time. Cool slightly and divide into jars.

Makes 2 cups of jam
