Fettunta with Proscuitto

6 slices of sourdough bread, sliced about ¼ to ½ inch thick
6 slices proscuitto, chopped
1 ball of fresh mozzarella, chopped
Heat a grill over medium heat. Drizzle the bread slices with olive oil and place on the grill. Cook for about 5 minutes until they are browned. Flip and cook on the other side for 3 minutes then remove to a tray. Combine chopped proscuitto and mozzarella in a bowl. Place some of the mixture on top of the bread then return to the grill for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
