We believe buying or selling a home is a deeply personal experience. Using our “Hands On” approach, we counsel our clients through the entire process while navigating each step of the transaction. It is this supportive approach and the complexities of a real estate transaction that convinced us to create a team decades ago. We have raised our families here and have appreciated the quality of life offered every day. We took that appreciation to a higher level as students and then graduates of Leadership Anne Arundel. As appreciative long-term residents, we invest significant resources in philanthropic pursuits. In the past, we have worked to support local charitable and nonprofit organizations such as Food Link Inc., Y of Central Maryland, AAMC Foundation, Leadership Anne Arundel, Hospice of the Chesapeake, and the Providence Center.

Q: We live in a community with many styles and sizes of homes. How do you determine the value of our property?

A: A non-homogeneous community is always complex—but it can be done. Our first step is to understand the features of the subject property and use that information to search similar properties within the community and branch to neighboring communities if necessary. Once we identify comparable properties we personally preview them. We then use the multiple list to study additional properties. Using our custom spreadsheet, we determine a range of values that can be supported with current and recent sales.
