Oat Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate chip cookies are a dessert classic. We put a spin on them by using oat flour and the results were fantastic. A little extra sweetness and a moist yet slightly chewy texture.

1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups oat flour
2 cups chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Cream together butter and sugars. Add in egg and beat until fluffy. Add in baking soda, baking powder and flour and mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto the baking sheets. Bake 15 minutes.
