Three-Ingredient Nutella Brownies

Oct 01, 2014 04:00PM ● By Cate Reynolds
Around these parts, we are big on comfort foods that are easy to create. The fall chill has set in so now, we can officially start eating hearty, filling and warming foods without feeling guilty. But we'd still rather not spend three hours in the kitchen, chopping and dicing and sautéing. The easier the recipe, the better. Brownies are kind of the end when it comes to comforting yet easy foods. Sure, there are brownies out there now that are fussy and complex but these are NOT those brownies. Three basic ingredients, one bowl and 20 minutes and you are set.

1/2 cup Nutella
5 Tbsp. flour
1 egg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a mini-muffin tin with liners. Mix Nutella, flour and egg until thoroughly mixed. Fill the tins 3/4 to the top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until fully cooked through.
