Cacao Gone Bananas

I just love my NutriBullet and I use it almost everyday. I love how easy it is to use, clean up, and most importantly, how effortless it is to take care of so many vital daily nutrients. This week I made a chocolate banana concoction that’s so good you’ll forget it’s good for you. It can satisfy those sweet tooth cravings, and will certainly leave you feeling more satisfied and energized than any candy bar could.
I get all my dietary supplements from Whole Foods. They have a great selection of blended supplements like the “decadent blend” used for this drink, which has chia, flax, coconut, and cacao. I added a spoonful of pure cacao powder to give the chocolate flavor a boost. Fun fact: cacao powder is chocolate in its purist form. It’s also a natural sweetener rich in antioxidants. The bananas and cashews provide the bulk in this drink so feel free to experiment with different amounts of each. Enjoy the chocolately-banana goodness and all the important nutrients in this drink today!
- 2 bananas
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/3 coconut water
- 1/3 tap water
- Generous spoonful of decadent blend cacao powder
- Generous spoonful of organic cacao powder
- Generous spoonful of hemp seeds
- A handful of cashews
Fill the NutriBullet with ingredients and blend until smooth. If desired, pour over ice.
