Seasons will be hosting a chef demonstration by Jeremy and Michelle Hoffman, owners of the up and coming restaurant Preserve, on Thursday, November 13 from 7 – 9 PM. Jeremy and Michelle both graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and have worked at some of the best restaurants on the East coast. Learning to cook doesn’t get more interactive and visual than these chef demos. Pick up great kitchen tips like what tools to use for what, how to cut onions and the like, and much more. Get an on-site look and firsthand taste of how to pair the great flavors of Season’s olive oils and vinegars. Seats fill up fast so be sure to save a spot today! Giolitti Wine Dinner
Giolitti will be hosting their monthly wine dinner (a tradition entering it’s 11th year!) this Friday, November 7th from 7 PM till. Four wines from either a region or winery will be selected and then paired to four inventive courses. The cost is $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
