This NutriBullet drink is just the quick and tasty way to start your day. It may not look like much, but there’s actually heaping amounts of goodness in there. Get your daily intake of fiber from the spinach and kale, and an energy boost from the fruit. This berry blast really is a blast of berries, which provide a sweet, delicious flavor. As I said in last week’s NutriBullet segment, the goji berries are an excellent source of antioxidants, amino acids, and heart-healthy fats. I almost always throw a banana in the mix because they’re super good for you and they help to smooth out any NutriBullet mixture. Give your taste buds a berry party today!
- Handful of spinach and kale
- A handful or two of berries of your choosing such as blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries
- Generous spoonful of goji berries
- 1 banana
Fill NutriBullet with ingredients and blend until smooth. If desired, pour over ice.
