This little 2.5-ounce jar is packed with a smoky sweet blend perfect for meat rubs, poultry, sauces, marinades, and grilled vegetables. I added it to this week’s Pork Posole for an amazing added depth of flavor. The primary ingredients of this barbeque inspired blend are ancho, annatto, and mace.
