Pok Pok Apple Gin Ricky
This drink can be found in many of the best dining spots in Portland, and for good reason. It is absolutely delicious and so unique. Drinking vinegar is an unexplored frontier in Annapolis so if you’re like me and haven’t encountered it before, this is the perfect introduction to it. I’ve pulled a fairly straightforward recipe off the Internet, but would recommend the addition of simple syrup, the way it was served in Portland. Simple syrup balances the drinking vinegar perfectly with a subtle sweetness. This drink was so good that I found myself chugging it down before I realized it. You can find drinking vinegar in Whole Foods.
