Dining Scene Annapolis: Annapolis Beer Week Continues and More

A Very Special Bordeaux Wine Dinner by Mills Fine Wine & Spirits
Taste Bordeaux presented by special guest speaker Laurie Forster, The Wine Coach, and paired with food by Ken's Creative Kitchen at historic Brice House on Thursday, April 30 from 6:45 to 9 PM. Tickets are $149.99 per person including tax and gratuity. Call (410) 263-2888 for reservations.

Beer and Wine Tastings at Fishpaws Marketplace
Fishpaws will be hosting a Pub dog beers and Manager’s choice wines with gourmet cheese tastings on Thursday, April 23 from 5 to 7 PM. They will also have a Jim Beam bar tasting on Friday, April 24 from 4:30 to 7 PM. Learn about the history and heritage of the Jim Beam Bourbon family and feature signature cocktails. There will be a manager’s choice wines and gourmet cheese tasting that night from 4 to 7 PM. Friday will also feature a Fly Fish Tap Takeover from 4:30 to 7 PM.  oin Seth Opel, a Maryland representative from Flying Fish will be in-house providing brews from this awesome New Jersey brewery.

Jailbreak Brewing Company Presents Beer and Beyond
Join Jailbreak and three restaurants during Annapolis beer week. The event runs at three different locations. Jailbreak beer and Van Winkle bourbon were featured at Dry 85 on Tuesday, April 21. Jailbreak beers paired with custom crafted sushi and high-end Saki selections will be featured at Tsunami on Wednesday, April 22. Jailbreak beer and Dom Perignon will be featured at Iron Rooster on Thursday, April 23. All events begin at 6 PM and continue until supplies last.

Maryland Avenue & State Circle Spring Fling
Come check out local art, antiques, fashion, food, and more on Sunday, April 26 from 10 AM to 5 PM. There will be live music and free parking nearby.

Pints for Paws Homebrew and Craft Beer Festival
Sample over 15 beers from the Annapolis homebrew club, and 9 craft beers from Maryland craft brewers that were Annapolis homebrewers before they went pro! The event will take place on Friday, April 24 at 5 Park Place. There will be homebrewing demonstrations, raffles, and silent auction prizes for $25 a ticket ($30 at the gate), which includes a commemorative glass and beer samples. The SPCA of Anne Arundel County will have adoptable pets on site, and all proceeds will benefit their organization.
