Jonathan Kagan has been in private practice in Anne Arundel County for over 20 years as a trial attorney. Mr. Kagan is a past president of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association and is currently the Chair-Elect of the Litigation Section of the Maryland State Bar Association. Mr. Kagan is consistently recognized by his peers in Maryland Super Lawyers as an outstanding business and employment litigator, as well as a Leading Lawyer in What’s Up? Annapolis magazine in the areas of litigation, employment law, business law, real estate and personal injury. Mr. Kagan currently serves on the Ethics Commission for Anne Arundel County.
Michael Marinello, a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, served with the Navy Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps for seven years before entering private practice with Mr. Kagan’s prior law firm in 2012. He quickly earned recognition as a Rising Star in Maryland Super Lawyers for business litigation and as a Leading Lawyer in What’s Up? Annapolis magazine for military law.
Meagan Cooper clerked for The Honorable Clayton Greene, Jr. in the Court of Appeals of Maryland. Prior to her clerkship, she graduated from University of Maryland School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Maryland Law Review.
